How long will it take to get my order?

Each order is carefully handmade by the designer. Our shipment will be between 2-4 weeks or less, depending on our bulk load. You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been shipped out. Please note that deliveries are done in batch’s therefore delivery will be done once all orders are completed. Domestic delivery time is 1-2 days by the EMS team.


How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery cost is $10 via EMS and $5 via Registered post. A confirmation email/ EMS tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped out. During the pandemic, delivery time may be longer than expected. Once the product is sent from our end, kindly follow up with the EMS team if you don’t receive your order.

Can I return my order?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item(s) MUST be returned within 3 DAYS of receiving the package (delivery date stated on parcel's tracking information by EMS team or date of counter pickup). We DO NOT accept returns after that return time frame has expired. We strongly encourage you to select the correct order or contact us for assistance before placing your order. Refer to our store policies for more information!

***For the Personalized orders unfortunately Noteeverything.co has a no refund/returns or cancellation policy. After a piece has been ordered the creation process has already begun. Each order is handmade and personalized especially for YOU by the designer and its creation has begun the moment your order has been processed.


How can I track my Package?

Once your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email or an EMS tracking code. This code can be used to track your package at Track my order


What if I put in my wrong address ?

If you have provided an incorrect address, please send us a message on our Instagram page for faster communication or send us an email noteeverything.co@gmail.com within 3 days of placing your order. If your order has been shipped already, we will not be held liable. You will have to follow up with the EMS team regarding your package at your nearest post office.


What if my package is lost?

Noteeverything.co is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. You will have to contact the EMS team for further information.


Can we place orders for a special occasion?

Yes. Please ensure to inform us if the purchase is for a special occasion in the ‘Leave us a note’ section and date of occasion so you/receiver can receive the order on time. If you fail to do so, we will not be held liable and we won’t consider last minute informing that the order is needed for a certain date.


Can I cancel my order after doing full payments?

If you have ordered a personalized piece and cancellation hasn’t been informed 3 days prior or if your order is already made then it is not applicable as a custom piece becomes useless to us and it wastes our materials. We do not issue neither accept any sort of cancellation unless your payment hasn’t been done.Order errors can be corrected on our end if you contact us in time before the order is mailed out.
