Order Time

Each order is carefully handmade by the designer. Our shipment will be between 2-4 weeks or less, depending on our bulk load. You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been shipped out. Please note that deliveries are done in batch’s therefore delivery will be done once all orders are completed. Domestic delivery time is 1-2 days by the EMS team.


Refunds/ Returns

We will only initiate a refund in genuine cases such as a damaged item. Please note that we do not offer refunds/returns on personalized orders. We do not refund for the delivery cost. The item(s) MUST be returned within 3 days of receiving the package (delivery date stated on parcel's tracking information by EMS team or date of counter pickup). We DO NOT accept returns after that return time frame has expired. We strongly encourage you to select the correct order or contact us for assistance before placing your order

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with no damages. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase(order number etc.). Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure it is in the same state as it was when we first sent it to you. If everything is fine and there are no alterations or flaws to the item, we will go forth with the refund process and send the refund in two weeks time. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.

To start a return, you can contact us at allyjewels.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All additional shipping expenses (return shipping costs for EMS/ registered post) MUST be covered by the customer seeking a return. Returning items will have to be sent in in the same shipping method that you had chosen upon ordering. For instance, you requested delivery via EMS therefore your return will also need to be via EMS.


Cancellations

All sales are final once they are placed/processed in our system. This occurs immediately after you submit your order with us. We do not issue neither accept any sort of cancellation unless your payment hasn’t been done.Order errors can be corrected on our end if you contact us in time before the order is mailed out. See info below to learn more about incorrect information inputs.


Input Incorrect Information While Placing an Order

If you notice you put in the wrong size or shipping address before your order has been mailed, please contact us right away so we can make corrections. If you do not contact us in time, there is nothing we can do to prevent the order from being delivered because the package is no longer in our possession. In some circumstances where the package is unable to be delivered to the recipient for whatever reason (invalid destination, recipient moved locations, etc.), the EMS team will keep the package in the post office which will have to be tracked or picked up by YOU with the tracking number provided by us. Please remember that we will no longer be liable for your package once it is sent for delivery therefore all tracking information will need to be acquired from the EMS team. We are not obligated to refund you for previous shipping cost if you refuse to pay reshipment fee for a second delivery. We are not responsible for contacting you if your package is returned to us so in such circumstance, please do not expect us to contact you first. You will need to reach out to us yourself if you need assistance


Item Arrived Damaged

Although all orders are sent in protective packaging, sometimes the item can be damaged due to POST OFFICE/EMS handling while in transit. Please keep in mind NOTEEVERYTHING is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped out so the issue should be taken up with Post Fiji themselves. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the Post office.


Lost or Stolen Mail - Tracking Says Delivered But No Package Arrived

All shipping inquires or issues must be directed to Post Fiji. We understand this can be a very upsetting situation but please understand that once the package is in the hands of the EMS team, it is no longer our responsibility or in our control. We are NOT responsible or obligated to issue a refund for lost or stolen items. It is their responsibility to ensure the package is delivered safely and successfully. In such circumstances of issues with shipping/delivery, we strongly encourage you to contact Post Fiji.
